Our story

Kushki means "money" in Kichwa.

Kushki means 'money' in Kichwa, the main indigenous language of the Andes. Our founders chose it as a reminder that payments are not just infrastructure they are the language of commerce that connects people, businesses, and economies across the region.

We evolved from a payment gateway to a regional non‑bank acquirer with direct membership in Visa and Mastercard. Today we connect merchants, consumers and enterprises in five countries to a single standard of scale and trust.
