Corporate Personal Data Processing Policy

Kushki is a company that provides payment acceptance services in Latin America, with operations in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, and the United States of America ("Kushki"). When this Regional Personal Data Processing Policy (the "Policy") refers to "Kushki" or uses the expressions "we" or "our", it refers to the Kushki entity acting as the data controller in the corresponding country, as well as any of the companies forming part of Kushki's corporate group, including its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and related entities.

Kushki has defined and adopted this Policy in compliance with the personal data protection laws in force in the countries where it operates, and in particular in fulfillment of its obligations as data controller. This Policy aims to inform how Kushki: (i) uses personal information, (ii) the purposes for which it processes it, and (iii) the procedure established so that data subjects may exercise their rights.
