Risk Appetite Statement

The purpose of this Risk Appetite Statement ("Statement") is to define Kushki's risk appetite and the guiding principles regarding what risks it is willing to accept in terms of clients, transactions, behaviors, jurisdictions, and business models, in order to achieve its business objectives without neglecting the obligation to protect its clients, shareholders, and society from financial crime. The Risk Appetite and its principles apply to direct merchants as well as indirect merchants served through aggregators and/or payment facilitators or marketplaces.
